You can’t really tell how cold it was because my sister and I decided to shoot with no jackets, but I can assure you I was freezing. I’m not ready yet! Despite the chilly wind, I can’t complain about my lovely weekend at all. I spent some quality time with my family and friends. Now it’s time to study hard for my next exam which happens to be very soon.

Le buone abitudini costituiscono la ricetta fondamentale per ottenere risultati positivi. Non è la scoperta dell’acqua calda, ma iniziare a fare senza lamentarsi, non è per niente scontato. Ciò che manca spesso non sono le idee, ma la costanza. Ecco perchè molti si iscrivono in palestra e non hanno mai tempo per andarci, iniziano la famosa dieta il lunedì e si arrendono ai primi ostacoli.

Good habits are the recipe to achieve goals. This is not something new for you, but I believe that the problem is start doing it, without whining. Most of the times, the missing part is not the brainstorming of ideas, but perserverance and tenacity. That’s why you pay the gym and you never have time to go or say that you’ll start eating well on Monday. Excuse me, which Monday, exactly?! Time to change!

Mentre salti, sorridi anche. Non pensare di essere strano o pazzo. Le persone più interessanti che conosco lo sono, me compresa
Low energy? Feeling tired while studying? Stand up and start jumping to give some energy to your body. If you’re not in your room, go to the first bathroom and do it. Smile, while jumping. Do not think you’re crazy, the most interesting people I know, actually are crazy ( me, too)
Indossa dei colori che illuminino la tua personalità. Il tempo non aiuta, ma non è una scusa per essere musoni fino alla prossima primavera.
Wear more colorful and let your personality shine. The weather’s not helping, I know but it shouln’t be an excuse to hide your smile til next spring.
